No single user (cmd+s) , no recover (cmd+r) .
I must recup my file , there he winrearogo in mac(bootable)

If you cannot get to the recovery partition (or internet recover), and don't have a bootable thumb drive or external drive, then I'll say your only option is to call apple.

The OP stated he cannot get into the Recovery process (cmd-r does not work), so a new installation is not a feasible solution.
