iPod Have they fixed the Song Skipping problem with 120 classic?

Hey all, Have they fixed the Song Skipping problem with 120 classic? I was going to pick one up but after doing some research and seeing that a lot of people are having this problems I'm not to sure I want it.

I wasn't aware that it was an issue with the ipod though and wondered if the CD had a scratch on it. But it just happened to me today for the second time since I've owned it.

I'd say about 2 months or less. I got it on ebay

I just got my ipod classic 120gb and none of my songs skip. My previous ipod is a 30gb gen 5.5.
