Have Twitter update Facebook?

Is there a way in Twitter to have it update my Facebook profile as well. I rarely ever get on Facebook but I use Twitter all the time. I know there is a way to have Facebook update Twitter but not the other way around. I don't really want to download any other app on my iPhone, iPad or Mac, other than the official Twitter ones.

So is there a setting in Twitter or Facebook that can enable this?
