I started with Beta 1 and had some range issues with my airpods, but nothing too horrible. I just needed to be closer to avoid it. No big deal. Then Beta 2 came, and bluetooth issues were fixed for the most part. Apple pencil still disconnected but very rarely. Now on Beta 3, is almos unusable. I can't watch a full video without the sound reverting to the iPad and stopping the video. I have to use control center to reconnect to the airpods and resume playback. But the worst is the Apple pencil. It disconnects randomly to the point of stopping working completely. After a few minutes on charging (still at 100%) kind of resets itself and work again for a while. Then it disconnects again. I use the Apple pencil heavily to edit my video with LumaFusion, so it really aggravates me that sometimes I need to finish editing with the touchscreen, missing the great precision the AP provides.

BTW, the Airpods work perfectly with my iPhone (on iOS 15 as well) and my MBP, on Big Sur. I have no way to test the Apple Pencil since I don't have another iPad, but I switched from an 4th gen Air to the Pro in during Beta 1, and had no issues with it.

What I've tried so far:
- Reset iPad Pro (Turn off and on)
- Reset network settings
- Forget Apple pencil and re-pair

Nothing is making any significant improvement.

Have you experienced the same? Any other tips I can follow, other than downgrading? I'm seriously considering it.

Update: Turned Bluetooth off for 15 seconds, and turned back on and the Apple Pencil is behaving better, but I have an edit session later today, so I'll report back if I still experience disconnections.
BTW, in case you ask, I did filed a feedback to Apple.
