I'm considering getting AirPods Pro but looking through this forum kind of concerns me with the different problems I've read about. I know that people with problems tend to speak up more than those that don't have any problems. Simply put, how long have you had them and did you have problems where you had to have them replaced or just simply returned them. I'm not talking about whether you thought they didn't sound better than some other earbuds. I mean, they worked fine at first and then a problem arose that made you have to send them back.

Crackling/rattling problems are incredibly common where the problem develops in one earphone and then you have to get it replaced. Some people eventually develop the problem in the other earphone, too or even in the new one that was the replacement.

This has got to be quite costly for Apple, all the people calling in to get replacements. And quite inconvenient for customers since most stores are closed/have limited service and they insist on putting a hold on your debit/credit card when you do the replacement.

You don't understand how Q&A forums like this one work.

People come here to complain about stuff that doesn't work.

If everything is fine, those people enjoy what they have and move on with their lives.

This poll will be heavily skewed toward the minority of people who have issues with their AirPods Pro.

Unlike the MacBook butterfly keyboard debacle, Apple has issued no blanket repair program on APP. If APP reliability was really a problem, we'd see substantial coverage in mainstream media which we do not.

As far as I can tell looking at these threads, it's only about 30-40 MacRumors forum participants who are actively griping. I do believe that those people are having some sort of issue (real or imagined I have no idea) but there is no indication whatsoever that this is a widespread issue.

I’ve had six sets that failed for various reasons. My current set which are three months old are holding out well but I truly believe that the build quality is better than the previous sets

Having problems skipping songs.
Tried altering the speed to slowest, but still can hear the two clicks but the song is not skipping, sometimes takes 3 attempts before going onto the next song.
