I purchased a Mac Mini one day and returned it the next day because the unit is not suitable for my needs. I payed the store with cash, so they told me that they would mail me a check with the balance. A month has passed by and I do not know what is going on. I have made several phone calls, some involving the representative to hang up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. After some nonsense calls, I drove to the store and they knew who I was. One manager said he had sent an email to corporate and the store would call me back the next day by 3:00 PM. This was two weeks ago. I called them back the next Monday where another manager told me that he would check out what was happening and would call me back later that day. I received no call. I called the store on Friday where I spoke to yet another manager after the store dropping my calls several times. The manger said that this was a common problem happening at that moment. Quite a few people were not receiving their checks. She said I would have my check by Monday. If not, I would have to call the store on Monday and speak to any of the managers. I received no check on Monday and made another call that day. The manager I spoke to was quite rude to me and told me that he sent another email to the main manager and that she would call me back on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I still haven't received my check for $600+ I'm quite furious at the moment and do not know what to do. You can all see the numerous attempts I have made to contact the store. I would like to file a complaint regarding the store if that is possible, but I want my money back. I have the receipt of purchase and the receipt of return on hand. Any feedback would be great.
