I’m trying to put apps in folders on iPhone 6s iOS 13, but the apps won’t stay in the folder I drag them into. What am I doing wrong?

That’s what I’ve been doing. As example I move a banking app to the finance app folder, and click the home button to lock it in, it won’t stick (stay in that folder).

Ok now I see what’s going on, if I slide the app to the edge of the folder and release and push the home button it will stay. But if I drag the icon over the folder and place it in the folder and push the hm button it jumps out.

Also if I try to move the app to another page it won’t stick, when I push the hm button it goes back to the original spot

Thing is buggy

Anyone else having the same problem?
