Having a strange problem while updating to ios 5

My phone was in DFU mode when i got the (1) error, so i changed the host so it worked, my phone restored to ios5 but when it gets to about 70% this appeared:

the iphone could not be restored. an internal error occurred.version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>

And now whenever i try to put my phone back to restore mode, the loading circle appears. can anyone help me out? this seems very strange and it gets me worried.
