Having iCloud problems

I went to change my address & phone numbers at My Apple ID and my address change was good but could change my phone number. The problem is when I put in the area code and click on another box parentheses around the are code or any three digit code I tried. So now I can not change my phone number, so can anyone help?

The result was the same thing happened to the Genius and her coworker so she notified the corporate engineering via a submissions email. She agreed it is a web site problem inserting the parentheses it the phone input change numbering site for area code so the server will not except it.
