Is it possible to not kind of copy paste/ see whats fixed and have those files transferred to our jailbroken ios 7.0.5?

I really love the jailbreak on my iphone 5s but the random crashes and fingerprints getting less reconised over time is very annoying.

Some things are possible to port others are beyond the capabilities of the Jailbreak devs.
