Hi, I hope someone can help me with this:
I purchased iToner earlier in preparation for getting my iPhone this evening (UK), and upgraded iTunes to 7.5. I've now activated my iPhone, and when I opened iToner I took the three ringtone files I had made before and dragged them from iTunes into iToner's interface. (The files are all under 30 seconds and are in .mp3 format).
Once I had done this I clicked the Sync button and nothing happened; I then noticed that the Sync button was greyed out. I can't do anything to get the ringtones to sync - I've tried renaming the files to .m4r and adding them through iTunes and syncing them in that form through iToner; I've tried to sync by clicking 'Sync Ringtones' in iToner's Edit menu instead of through the Sync button at the bottom of its interface; I've tried opening iTunes first, then iToner, or iToner first and then iTunes, disconnecting the iPhone and connecting it back again, unchecking the 'sync automatically' box ...
Anyway you get the idea xD iToner's instructions are wonderfully simple, which would be fine if the program worked, but it doesn't help me if I have problems such as I am.
If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it ...
