I recently had the urge to play some TF2 and Portal again on the mac side of my system and for some reason they run horribly. I'm pretty sure the settings were the same as I left them 3-4 months ago but now they don't play correctly at all. I'm getting about 15FPS instead of the 30+ that I got before. Not really sure what to do at this point, nor am I sure what the problem is in the first place. All I've done is school work and downloading music and movies.

Edit: SC2 runs perfectly fine as it did before.

I'm not sure about Portal but the hatless TF2 update caused all sorts of problems. I'm finding it hard to get playable framerates at 1024x640!

Word. I actually just deleted Steam and its associated files and just reinstalled it. Seems to work just dandy now.
