I recently jailbroke my phone and have been working with the psx emulator. From what I've followed I need to use an app to adjust the app permissions. I tried to install mobilesquid and cannot figure out how to install it on my 3gs 3.0. I tried to use a file manager to drop it into the appropriate space on my phone... It just closes upon opening. I can't find an app through cydia to do what I need:

I need to edit the permissions for the psx bios and the psx emu

?

Install OpenSSH from Cydia and use Fugu if you're using OSX or winscp if you're using Windows. That will let you access the file system.

Will that allow me to edit the permissions for the psx emu and bios?

Sorry Im new. How do I go about "cchmod 755". I have no idea what that means.

Also if its any help i'm using iPhoneBrowser to get into the phone.

Are there any applications that can be downloaded via cydia that will help me accomplish setting the permissions?
