iPhone 14 Plus iOS17.2.1

Every time I tap a link provided outside of my browser (text, email, social media apps, etc.) my browser (Firefox) opens and a blank web page is loaded. The link’s url is in the address bar, and I can reload the page but nothing will happen. If I close the tab/browser and go back and tap the same link a second time it will open fine. It’s not a “sometimes this happens thing”. It happens with every single link.

Has anyone experienced this or have some insight on how to possibly make links work the first time?

Thanks!

I had this happen many years ago, but unfortunately am not sure what the ultimate solution was. I believe I either reset Firefox ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems?redirect=no ), or created a new profile ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/k...-remove-firefox-profiles&redirectlocale=en-US ).
Hope this works for you.
Good luck

My bad. I just noticed that you're having the problem on an iphone. Mine was on a mac, so don't know if any of this helps
