Having trouble running Bioware RPGs under VMWare Fusion

All of them run fine except for the cursor, which blinks incessently and gives me a headache after 30 seconds.

Anyone else find a way to fix this? It's rather odd since I don't have the problem in any other games that I play under VMWare Fusion. I have the latest patches on the games and the VMWare (2.0).

I am trying Planescape Torment, Baldur's Gate, and both of them have the same problem.

Could spend a while trying to nail down the problem, but maybe its just not compatible. If you really want to play it just go with bootcamp.

Yea I would go Boot Camp. You should have no problem running them then.

I don't know what your hardware is, but I get the exact same behavior on PS:T (haven't tried BG) on my Nvidia 8800 iMac. It hasn't bothered me enough to try to get rid of it, but I'd suggest messing with the video acceleration settings to see if that helps.
