iPod Having troubling getting videos on my Classic

Hi guys!

I'm having trouble placing videos into my ipod classic/itunes. I am using Visual Hub v1.2.8. I just use default settigns and optimize for iPod Classic but after I finish converting it says it's finished and should automatically import to iTunes but it doesn't. Strange.. so I decide to drag it into iTunes myself but it still disallows me! I don't know what to do, so if you guys can help me out it would be great.

BTW I'm converting .flv for my iPod
