Hazel: How to interlace "if" conditions

I want to create a Rule that contains multiple if statements in Hazel. But I can't seem to find the option to do so.

To help you understand my Problem better here is a Screenshot:

How do I get this second "if"?

If you are asking how to create the nested condition in the screenshot example you posted above, left mouse click and hold (do not release) the + (plus) symbol at the far right and choose "Add nested condition".
