I am encoding my few DVDs using HB9.2 with AppleTV preset.
It selected Codecs AVC/H.264 Video/AAC+AC3 Audio.

When I plan on ATV, I see that audio is NOT in sync with video. I am hearing
all audio few secs before they talk.

Did anybody experience the same issue? What might be going wrong?

Should I try Just AC3 codec instead of AAC+AC3?

Thanks.

Mostly for international movies

Looks like this issue is coming for only international movies I ripped from DVDs. I tried TV Show 24 one episode and voice is in sync with video.

But for all these international movies so far I converted with OLD AppleTV preset from HB and they worked fine. I understand then it was only STERO but I am curious what makes that different with AAC+AC3 encode.

I really appreciate if someone can throw some light here. I have huge collection of movies and I am doing all encode again with new HB9.2

I appreciate any response.
