HD Content coming to Apple TV (Possibly)

So you guys think they'll replace the Apple tV too, or keep using the same one for a while?

I can imagine some (not me) getting mad, if they have to buy a new one already to get HD content or whatever.

I thought the current unit could handle HD...:confused:

Assuming that I am right, I would think at the most it would just need a software update...:)

Yes it can handle a relatively low bitrate HD. Some still speculate though that a more powerful Apple TV might be coming.

I might prefer if we could just keep using this one for a while.

Yeah I almost bought a Mac Mini last week. Waiting for the new Apple TV. Price of Apple TV refurb just dropped to $229 from $249, so there might be a new Apple TV soon...
