I own an Ipod Classic 5th Gen 80GB. When i have the Ipod on, there is a audiable clciking sound Coming from the back of the Ipod, Is this possibly the Hard Drive or could it be coming from something else. And if it is the HD, how hard would it be for me to replace it myself........

Thanks,

It must be the source of the clicking sound because the hard drive is the only mechanical component in the device.

You can find a very detailed guide for replacing the hard drive here.
