Hey guys
to those that got their iPads awesome!

curious about HD video on the iPad... has anyone tried to sync up their own HD video h264 mp4 files into it?
I know it supports 720p wonder about bitrates, i have read somewhere that it even supports avi at a fairly high bitrate.
so my question is whats the highest bitrate HD 720p video have you tried on the iPad?

Just tried syncing a h264 mp4 movie, 720x400, 253kbps
"Ipad can't play movie"

Not sure why-- anyone have any tips?

253kpbs is pretty low, isn't it? Wouldn't you want at least 1000+kpbs? Usually more like 1250 - 2500.

At any rate, no problem with any of my Handbrake encodes, which range from 640x480 at 1500 - 2500kpbs on up to my 720p Blu-Ray encodes. Not sure what the bitrate is but they look great.

Any suggestions on how to get this movie I have into iPad?
