HDD Defrag?

Hey all,

I barely use Boot Camp, so I've decided to just get rid of it and use Fusion/Parallels instead. One question I have is, if I used the BC Assistant to restore my single partition, should I defrag? I've installed BC like so many times due to failed installs or errors and I'm afraid the OS will not take this abuse of partition deleting and re partitioning.

just repair your hard drive using Disk Utility while booted into your install DVD.

Thanks, I just removed my XP partition and did that.
