HDD replacement

Im looking to expand the HDD space in my Powerbook G3....it has an 8GB now, and it needs to be bigger...im trying to avoid the external HDD route.

I plan on doing a fresh install of OS9 soon and i would like to swap at the same time.....

What brands should i look at?
Speeds?
Specs?

Im new to the mac world....what are the commonly used mac hardware links?

Seems to be kinda rough to find out anything about these things....maybe im just looking in the wrong places

It's a good place to start.
Use a tray to story your screws.
Get all the proper tools ahead of time.

Read this article. You can install os 10 on a Wallstreet, but you will have to upgrade the drive. Make sure that the drive is .... well read the article.
