Is anyone else having HDMI handshake problems?
Earlier I tried to play a rented movie and it stopped playing with the dreaded message about my projector (Optoma HD-72) not supporting DRM. Then, after a few more tries, the movie played perfectly but it took some time to get it to "sync" correctly. The movie also played perfectly using HDMI to my Sony RPTV. Yes, I swapped cables around. The cables are fine.
Makes me wonder if Apple has a few handshake problems to work out in the software. I have used several other HDMI devices on this projector over the past two years (PS3, Toshiba HD-DVD Player, DirecTV HR20-700) and this is the first time I have seen this happen with any device.
