HDMI issue

Hi, I have a Phillips 246EL2SBH monitor and I want to use another one Phillips LCD TV 19PFL3403 but my MacMini don't want to work with it.
I check with my old MacPro1,1 and there...no problem... so that screen is OK.

MacMini is Macmini4,1 OS X 10.8.5 with NVIDIA GeForce 320M

I've check @NVIDIA resolution is ok for that screen
