HDMI to VGA converter for apple tv2?

Hi all,

I have recently been looking around for a hdmi to vga converter that will allow me to connect my apple tv second generation to a vga monitor/tv. I found these options below. Would anyone please tell me if these would work, and if not what will?

HD Fury III

I have a couple of HD Fury III's in my home theater system and they work great.

Not sure about those ones - the HP one doesn't look to have an audio out, so it would be for video only.

I needed something similar, but for my TV - and wanted Component video out.

I got this:

And it works great with my Apple TV 2 and my Sony Grand Wega rear-projection LCD.

That would work fine because i have heard that there is such thing as a Component To V.G.A cable. However this is starting to look like a sting of adapters. Has anyone heard of a hdmi to vga converter that works?
