iPad Pro HDMI Video output

Hi guys

I’m thinking on buyin a USB-C - HDMI adapter for my Ipad Pro 11”.
Is it posible to send the video through HDMI to my display but keep the sound on the bluetooth headphones connected to the Ipad?

Yes, this is how I use mine. You have to switch the audio to headphones as it defaults to the HDMI out but that's easily done.
