Hi!
I'm having all sorts of issues trying to watch iTunes HDR content on the iPhone X.
- downloading movies often fails at the end, have to re-download
- can't start playback from the first time - have to try 2-3 times in general before playback actually starts
- playback randomly stops after 10-15 minutes of watching
- sometimes Videos app crashes during playback
- sometimes can't start playback at all until rebooting the device

All these issues are non existent for normal, non-HDR iTunes content
All these issues are there for different HDR movies from the iTunes Store

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, is it iPhone X exclusive issue, or other HDR content capable devices are affected as well (iPhone 8/iPad Pro)?
iOS 11.2.1

Thanks

No issues on iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus or iPad Pro 10.5. I have decent broadband so movies download pretty quickly and stream flawlessly.

What you describe is akin of low bandwidth. You need around ~15 Mb/s minimum for HDR (~25 Mb/s for 4K)
