Yes as long as you have an HDR capable display -- the RX-580 is HDR capable, so now you need a display that supports it. System prefs > Displays > Under "Rotation" > check the box for "High Dynamic Range". Voila

Turns out, when I set the TV's input to "Computer" it disabled HDR. I plugged it into HDMI 1, where I normally have my aTV plugged in, and after a reboot, I have HDR. Thanks very much! That was my primary excuse for getting a new Mac, so you've just saved me a ton of money!
