iPad Pro HDR YouTube vid causing distortion on m4 13 IPP at start

hi guys! I just switched out an M4 11” with an M4 13” mainly because of the size of the keyboard and since for work I use my iPad mostly using Remote Desktop. Love the switch overall, but I was testing some HDR videos and playing this vid -

- causes sudden full screen distortion at start but then seems to play normally with fireworks highlights showing as expected. The distortion in the first 5 seconds of the vid wasn’t expected, just wanted to see if your guys’ iPad doing the same thing. I don’t recall if I played this on my 11” one so don’t have a comparison.

I wonder if its just the way Apple’s HDR algorithm dealing with the HDR or is something up w/ the hardware.

I can confirm there is distortion in the first 5 seconds on my M4 iPad Pro 13 as well as iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Ah ok thank you, so not just my device! silly me, should have checked on my 15 pro max also :\. You’re right it’s there also. Sometimes I forget the iPhone also has an oled display.
