I am looking for an external (USB or Firewire) HDTV Tuner that will work on both a Windows computer and an Apple computer. (Linux support is nice, but not essential).

After searching on google, I have come up with nothing. Every device that have I found seems to only support one operating system. (I was surprised to see that there are some that only support Linux).

There are no products, analog or hdtv that will work with both osx and windows. You are going to have to choose which os you want to use.

Use a FireWire Set top box for HDTV :). I use it with Windows, OS X, and I know Linux supports it!

Thanks Daniel. What model do you use? Are there any other models that you might suggest?
