I just bought a Touch online from Apple about 40-50 days ago and my headphones are falling apart. Is this covered under warranty and how do I return them or get them repaired (since I bought them online)?
Not sure about the warranty on the iPod touch, but I had the headphones replace on my iPhone under warranty. I used the self help form on apple.com and they shipped me replacements at no charge, and I shipped back the broken ones.
