iPhone Headphones/ringer volume tweak?

I am sorry if this has been asked/answered before. I did a search but wasn't seeing an answer. Has there ever been a tweak released which will automatically lower the ringer volume when headphones are plugged in? I usually remember, but occasionally get my ears blown out if I forget.
