Let’s say I want to see if a medication I’m taking is causing a change in my resting heart rate. I know I can look back at each category individually, but can I see them together?

ideally, I’d like to be able to select a time period (day, week, month, year) and see everything logged during that period.

Specifically, let’s say I want to see everything from July 20. So I would select that date and it would show everything logged that day (even for categories that don’t change every day).

So I‘d like to be able to select July 20 and have it show for that date:
  • Body Measurements
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Medications taken
  • Etc.

Maybe you’d call it cross referencing?

Anybody know how to do this if possible?

Thanks!

Showing data for a specific date isn't available so it seems (for what I can see) in Apple Health app indeed. It's more data (e.g. resting heart rate) to see over a period of time.

Maybe some third party apps (that use Apple Health data) like these can help you analyze your data easier since Apples own Health app is not the best for viewing data. The ones below are all focused on heart rate though and not sure if they have any other data available such as body measurements and medication intake to appear on a daily basis. Do check their website and app store description.

- Heart Reports (app, site) by Viszt Peter
- Heart Analyzer: Cardia Monitor (app, site) by Helix Apps LTD
- HeartWatch: Heart Rate Tracker (app, site) (if you have an Apple Watch) by Tantsissa

As far as medication intake I've created a list of last year of pay once / free apps that do just that (but probably only that).

Thank you! I’ll check these out.
