Health app keeps “loading” after downgrading from iOS 11.2.1 - 11.1.2

The tittle says it all.

I can open the app, but it keeps loading and spinning in circle without showing up my daily walking, steps, miles. I tried shutting the phone off but it made no difference. I cannot even delete/reinstall the app. Any suggestions?

Interesting enough, it fixed other issues where I couldn’t send text messages or tweet on iOS 11.2.1

Maybe iOS 11.2 changed the data structure of the health data

Yeah if you downgrade you lose your health data and it breaks the health app. Same thing happens if you downgrade from the beta to current release.

I’m ok with loosing what I had (even tho I backed it up in iCloud) but why can’t it just be blank and start collecting new data? It continuously spin around searching.
