Health App No Data

Downloaded IOS 9.2 and now I cannot get the health app to record data

Have you tried turning off/on the Location Services in Privacy?

Health data has been broken in 9.2/9.1/etc.

Strangely, part of the patch notes for 9.2 were that they fixes Health data not appearing. Nope. Still broke.
