How do I find/install the Health app on my iPads running 10.3.2?

Health is strictly for iPhones and iPod Touches. This is because you can't stick your iPad in your pocket for step/distance tracking.

Many threads and a long time thorn. While it is more understandable and debatable why Apple doesn't allow sensitive Health information to be viewed/edited on a web portal it is had to see why Apple don't offer an iPad app. Health has always been more of a depository of health/fitness info. Hopefully Apple will improve this in iOS11 and also offer an iPad app.

One added Health feature that is rumored or request (of many) is meal logging (I use MyFitnessPal) and this would be easer on an iPad.

EDIT: Also I want the 'old' Dashboard' view back. This would be fantastic on the larger iPad screen.

I too really want the Health app to come to the iPad. I'd much rather view my data on that screen than my iPhone, especially if meal tracking comes to the app. I get that Apple is concerned about privacy with this data but I really wish the choice was with the user, not Apple. I personally find other things that are already integrated with iCloud to be far more sensitive than my health data - in particular, my calendar, emails, and current location.

Even if it doesn't sync with the cloud, some sort of local Bluetooth/wifi syncing between devices would work fine. I just really would like the choice for my own health data viewable and stored on my own device.

Actually this is incorrect and you may be confusing (general) Fitness data with (medical) Health data. Health/medical data MUST legally be HIPPA compliant (in the US) which is of the utmost confidentiality and WAY above even finical information disclosures. Still don't see why Health can't come to the iPad. The only obstacle I see is that iPads are sometimes used by more than one person. If Apple feels this is the case then they should add Users to the iPad's iOS (should probably do this anyway).

Sort of. HIPAA doesn't apply to how an individual chooses to personally store and/or maintain her own medical records that she may or may not have. For example, it does not prevent me from scanning in any medical records I have to my iPad, iCloud Drive, or wherever. That's all this is - Apple giving us the choice to store our stuff on the device we want to store it on, or not giving us that choice.
