I’ve had an Ultra 2 since the black released a few weeks ago, and prior to that I had a Series 9. In the Health app on iPhone the vitals section is still showing “Vitals is Getting to Know You” even after a month or so.

My theory is it’s waiting on blood oxygen data, which obviously isn’t going to happen right now. I’m curious if anyone else is seeing this as I’d really like to get rid of that learn more button!

I've been using my AWU2 since launch day, and was using an AW8 before that. I don't have that "getting to know you" message in the Health app Vitals section. Everything on my screen looks the same as yours down to the "Show More Vitals Data", and below that it jumps right to the "About Vitals" section.

Do you wear your AWU2 at night for sleep tracking every night?

Yes, only time I take it off is when I shower.

I have the same problem. I got a Series 10 about 2-3 weeks ago and have been wearing it every night. I receive all the vital measurements (even blood oxygen, since I'm not in the U.S.) and have baseline values for everything, but I still see this section in my Health app.
