Hearing text tones twice?

I turned off the text tone to remind twice option in settings, alas I still hear it twice for only one message.

Anyone else hearing this too?

This is with my 4S

go to the notifications > messages, and turn the repeat from 1 to 0

Is the text tone you set up repeating twice itself? Did you restart your phone?
