Using AW7 with latest wOS. I am not receiving real-time Health / Heart notifications on my watch when sleep focus activated.

When I wake up I see a list of Heart notifications on my iPhone, but the watch does not provide any real-time haptic or sound notification. This morning I woke to 9 separate low heart rate notifications. I want it to awakened me when it was happening. If my heart rate drops to 10-15 but it doesn’t tell me until I wake up, it seems less useful.

Can anyone tell me the exact settings and where (iPhone Health? Watch Notifications? Watch Health? etc) these setting might be located?

I cannot find a place to allow these types of heart notifications to come through during Sleep Focus and wake me.

Thanks for any advice, much appreciated.

Try adding the Health app to the Apps allowed to send Notifications in the Sleep Focus. Turn on Time Sensitive Notifications in there as well.
Ahh, I didn't know about that. I've set that up now and will see how it behaves tonight.

Thank you for your suggestion, I really appreciate it.
