Hearts of Iron III/Semper Fi and Lion Issues

Has anyone been playing Hearts of Iron III/Semper Fi for Mac since they've installed Lion?

I've been playing on Snow Leopard for months now with ZERO issues. It seems to run more stable and faster on my MBA than my PC version. Since upgrading to Lion, the game has now crashed twice.

Anyone else playing HOI3/SF on Mac with Lion? Curious to see if it is a broad issue or a local problem with my install.
