Heat problems after installing SSD

hello
i need advice about the temperature regulation after i installed a SSD in my iMac 27 ' inch (Mid 2010)
I have found a program called "SSD Fan Control" but is there another way to regulate the temperature of the SSD?

Are you using a special thermal sensor connector, I was just watching this YouTube video about it (not sure if this applies to earlier iMacs though..

OWC make a heat sensor control kit to overcome the problems of fans roaring like a Jumbo down the run way. For me I do not like software that limits fan speeds if there is ever genuine overheating.

thanks for both solutions, i did not know about the "OWC In-line Digital Thermal Sensor" , i don't know if i can buy this in Belgium?

hello guy's i am back, i just wanted to know how high the max heating limitation is for a iMac 27' 2010 when they did a upgrade from a HD to a SSD?

For my 2010 27" iMac, I just used a 2008/2009 ODD sensor instead of the harness from OWC. At $3USD, it's a better solution: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/2010-imac-hdd-sensor.2065341/
