Appreciate that the Apple Health app can export data as a Zip/Xml file. But how can this Nfo be used? Are there any Progs that can parse & display the user Data in a useful /meaningful way via macOS (or browser)? Or is a lot of Excel/Numbers processing required? It would also be cool to see some more integration with other device /fitness-band output etc. Hoping that all that (potentially) useful user data isn't trapped in iOS land! Thx.
