Heavy Memory Usage after Update?

My Yosemite just updated to the latest build last night.
After yesterday night, Im feeling a huge memory usage ky KERNEL_TASK even after 1 hour of operation.

See this attached screenshot.

Is anyone facing a similar issue ?
Whats the fix ?

Yes it is a problem and most don't realize it. Everyone should open Activity Monitor, click on the Memory tab and sort by Memory. You will be surprised at the memory problems you are having like when you get spinning beach ball on Safari it is eating up a 'ton' of RAM.

Also make sure you BR it.
