Height-Adjustable desk worth of it?

For iPad viewing, regular desk top is too low. So I am thinking about a height-adjustable desk. But the motorized version is expensive. I would like to learn from anyone that has used it whether if it’s worth of it or not.

I use one for work it’s great, I sit for 30 mins, stand for 15 mins.

Its different as you have to learn to stand straight with forearms resting on the desk.

You just have to give it some time and adjust to the new position.
