HELLLP. PLEASE.MY iPHONE say iphone is disabled please connect to itunes

i recently changed my pin code for my iphone then i forgot while i was at work... i tried guessing it a couple times then it said iphone has been disabled for 5 mins.. then i tried and tried til it said iphone has been disabled for 60 mins then after the 60 mins i guessed again and its now saying "iPhone is disabled connect to itunes even though i have never even messed with itunes at all I DONT EVEN HAVE IT INSTALLED!!!.. HELLLPPP PLEASEE SOMEBODY IM SCARED

If you dock it with itunes, it will unlock the passcode.

its not even giving me the availability to enter the pin code again.. it just says slide for emergency its been saying the message from about 10 pm last night to 12 pm now

If you have

"never even messed with itunes at all" and
"DONT EVEN HAVE IT INSTALLED",

how did you get that phone activated? Something is fishy here.
