i jsut recently replaced my iphone for dust under the screen, replaced with a new phone (or so i think). but anwways, my phone was working fine when i got home, i restored it etc. then i put the front of the invisible shield on, i applied liberal amounts of soap water spray onto the phone and protecting film multiple times over the course of an hour. When the film finally dried, i turned on my phone to make a call, and then the screen started blinking on and off, then it it went very dim. like i could still see icons, but it was abnormally dim. i dont know why, but i put it in the charger and the screen lit up fully, but when on, with a bright or white screen, i could see blotches! abnormal blotches that makde differetn sections of the screen discolored or different shades. its really strange. tried searching for something on the forums, and came to the inclusiong that sprayed soap water leaked into the internals? (i've put on an invisible shield before while applying that amount of water), or its just some werid defect.

can anybody give any advice, or share a similar experience, please, any help i'd appreaciate.

You may have soapy water in the phone... Get a torch and look down the heaphone jack. There should be a red or white spot. Red=water damge
white=get it replaced. :)

update there's some metallic silver/greyish markings showing up on the top and bottom corners of lcd screen...i have no idea what it is. it might look like condesation? but yea i have no idea. now :confused:
