iPhone HELP A.S.A.P! Jailbreak is messing my Iphone 4 up and don't know what to do!

I downloaded Jailbreak a few days ago everything was fine with it however I just didn't want it anymore. So I tried to restore the iphone but there was an error code 3004 so i started to panic I didn't know what to do I pressed a few buttons here and there and then now my phone somehow went to my ipod 4thgen backup... I'm scared if my parents find out they're gonna kill me... Also I cannot access cydia safari facebook mail and all the apps from cydia too. Someone please help i'm literally panicking so much!!!

Had you done any research before jumping into this jailbreak, you would have known it was released for developers and has loads of issues. It is not for noobs.

Put your phone in DFU mode, make sure your host file points to Apple, that you have iTunes installed - use iTunes to restore your phone.

As you are admittedly a noob, Google is your friend.

Put it in dfu mode and restore it with itunes.
Next time stay away from jb so your parents don't kick you out of the house.

As dhlizard suggested, Google is your friend. Try searching on "iOS error code 3014". There are Apple knowledge base articles for what the error codes mean and step by step directions on how to fix them.
