Well I plugged my iPhone into my computer, and synced. When it came up with an address book message that it will change more than 5% i thought nothing of it, as I had added some. I hit allow and than to my horror realized that all my contacts in my address book had been deleted, and therefor they are no longer on my iPhone. Anyway I can undo this action?
