Help! Adobe Creative Cloud spinning

Hi guys

I have to fix an illustrator file I haven't open in a year. I need to log into the creative cloud, I installed everything. When I click on Illustrator (after being downloaded) the next window opens and the spinning wheel keep turning for ever. I have installed everything, deleted apps, deleted preference, hard quit extensions and same thing. Two hours into this.

Any trick?
